I Love a good Restaurant Coupon

Right now if you join the Buffet Club, they will send you a BOGO free coupon to one of the following restaurants. Country Buffet, Fire Mountain, Ryan's, Old Country Buffet or HomeTown Buffet.(You will pick the location) It will come in your e-mail took 24 hours for me to get mine. I have two small kids so now that summer is here I will be going through allot of sunblock, and sunblock is not cheap. So when I can pick up Free even if it is a small bottle I will pick up as many as I can. If you click on this link Coppertone you can print off two coupons for $1/1 any Coppertone product. Target has the travel size for $.99 so Free these are great to keep in your car, purse, diaper bag......

I have also heard that in the Dollar aisle at Target they have a Spray can for only a $1 but I have not found yet at mine.

Free Tote Bag

Mantra is giving away a Free Tote Bag tote bags are great for the environment and can make your money.

If you shop at Kroger they will give you $.05 for each tote bag you bring in. Over time this adds up, be sure to let your cashier now how many bags you bring in. They will not give you the $.05 if you don't ask.

I have gone to Kroger a couple times and my order came to $0.00 but I had used three bags so they gave me $.15 how cool is that.

So every time I get a chance for a free tote I jump at it I only have 5 now and sometimes still need to use store bags when mine are full. (now I will have 6:)

Kroger and Rainchecks

So you have all seen my post about the Kroger in Howell that doubles coupons up to $1 (making a $1 worth $2) Now I know some of my readers don't live close to Howell (I am still waiting for Kroger to send me a list of other stores that double $1 coupons) so I have a plan:)

When I do my Howell Kroger post and the items I show as a great deal run out at your Kroger ask for a Raincheck. This raincheck can be used at any Kroger store even Howell:) they are good for 30 days normally. So if you are able to grab a raincheck for the best items each week then once a month you could go to the Howell Kroger and pick up 4 weeks of deals this would make a long trip worth it.

If you do pick up a raincheck remember that the Kroger Howell will only double the same coupon three times so get your rainchecks with the qty of three, if your coupon is $1/2 then get your raincheck for 6. (if you have 5 coupons for $1/1 and want to use them all, get one raincheck for 3 and another for 2 so you can do two orders)

Went to Meijers today loaded down with coupons. They have their Kraft mayo on sale for 2/$4. Both the 24oz and the 32oz sizes are on sale, so grab the larger size. As a bonus each one of the mayo's had a pellie on the lid, "buy 2 and save a dollar" it says " buy now" but the expiration date is 5/31/10 so hold onto them, and if that isn't enough at my meijers they also had coupons attached to the boxes that said with every purchase get 1.00 off a loaf of bread. There is no specific bread listed, so just grab your favorite or whatever is on sale. So this is how it works:

So here is a little scoop on Walgreens. They have discontinued there monthly rebate book & now they are testing out a small 8 page weekly circular that has less deals and RR items. I live in MI and I fall under the 8 page circular:( The manger of my store said that all stores will be a 8 page circular but did not know when the switch over would take place. This means less and less deals at Walgreens. So if you get a receipt with a survey on it let them know if you think this is a good or bad idea.

I have also found that even though I am in the test area the RR will still print for the deals in the bigger circular, but if the item is on sale I don't get the sale price. This means we can still get the RR but my have to pay more OOP then other areas if the item is on sale. I don't know that this will always work but it has the few times I tried.
