So my Sister Liv was at Target today and saw all the Toys marked down and she was nice enough to give me a call and let me know THANKS!! So I went to the Brighton Target and they had a lot of there toys marked any where from 30% to 75% off. I was able to pick up $91.96 worth of toys for only $22.92 (used $15 in Gift cards so only paid OOP $7.92). This will save me even more money when the Birthday party's & Holidays start coming around. When I spoke to a worker he said all Targets where getting rid off the old items to make room for the new.

Splash Universe Free Pass

If your looking for something to do with your children today through the 26th of July, Have We Got A Deal For You!! Splash Universe, in Dundee MI, is doing a food drive and giving away a full days pass to the water park for a mere 10 non-perishable items. If your interested in only a half a days pass you can bring in 6 non-perishable goods. The free pass must be used on the day you bring in the goods. Children 2 and under are free, you have to be 36" tall to ride alone, other wise they must ride with an adult. I have received $8 in Meijer Cash last week. (seems to be printing randomly) So keep a eye out for it. These are good for General Merchandise and apparel only, is good between 8/2-8/31. But you can use up to 10 coupons in one transaction!!

So check twice before you discard your catalinas I see so many people just through theirs away or leave them:(

Mystufftosell @ slickdeals.net has compiled a list of snail mail coupons. So if you have been unable to say print the $3.50 coupon for Purina you can sign up and have it mailed to you.

The mailings are geographical so you are not guaranteed to receive a coupon if it was not offered in your area, but it only takes a minute to fill out the info and you should receive it within a week so you don't have to wait long to find out if you will get it.

Makes going to the mail box each day fun:)

Rainchecks

I mention rainchecks a lot and wanted to take a minute to go over why I think they are so great.

The photo above shows items I picked up all in one day from rainchecks. All the items but the Lysol Neutra Air I got with Rainchecks from Kroger. The Lysol was a raincheck from Meijer, the cat I already had but he really wanted in this photo his name is StirFry)

When ever a store runs out of a sale item I want I ask for a raincheck (even if they are out because I just took all of them:) That way I will have 30 more days to get more and I don't have to worry about making extra trips just to pick up one item & can just check back when I do my regular shopping to see if they are in stock. Sometimes I will ask for rainchecks on items I have no coupons for in the hopes that before my raincheck expires a coupon will be available.

At the Kroger Howell they will only allow you Three of one item rainchecks allow me to come back the next week and do the deal again. Normally at least one of the items for sale will be out, if the deal is on BBQ and they have a lot but are out of Honey BBQ sauce then you can get a raincheck for Honey.......

It is important to get rainchecks in a amount you can use if it is Kroger you can only do three of the same coupon so get two rainchecks for 3 each. I will also go to my local Kroger and get a raincheck that I can use at the Kroger in Howell that double coupons up to a $1. A raincheck for Meijer is good at any Meijer, the same applies to Kroger, CVS.....

Make sure you check your expiration dates on both your coupons and rainchecks, your coupon could exp before your raincheck.
